Strategic Intake Form — Terms & Conditions

By proceeding and submitting the Frontbenchers Limited Strategic Intake Form ("Form"), you agree to the following terms and acknowledge that these terms apply to the collection, use, assessment, and storage of the information you provide.
1. Purpose of the Form
This Form is used solely for an initial commercial and strategic screening of businesses that may be suitable for international expansion support, advisory services, or related strategic engagement.
Submission of this Form does not create a client relationship, consultant-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any obligation on Frontbenchers Limited to offer services. No advisory, partnership, or agency relationship is created by submission of this Form.
2. No Offer, No Guarantee, No Acceptance Obligation
Completing and submitting this Form is a request for evaluation only. It does not constitute:
- an offer by Frontbenchers Limited,
- a promise of engagement,
- a guarantee of acceptance, or
- a guarantee that any services will be offered.
Frontbenchers Limited may accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion.
3. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information submitted through the Form is true, complete, accurate, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission.
You confirm that you are authorised to submit the information on behalf of the relevant company or organisation.
If any information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, Frontbenchers Limited may reject the submission immediately and without notice.
4. Use of Submitted Information
The information submitted may be used by Frontbenchers Limited for:
- eligibility screening,
- internal scoring and assessment,
- business development review,
- compliance checks,
- communication regarding the submission,
- improvement of assessment methodologies, and
- administration of internal records.
5. Automated Processing and Profiling
You acknowledge that elements of the assessment process may involve automated processing and profiling, including AI-assisted analysis, scoring, categorisation, and prioritisation of submitted information.
Such processing is used to support internal evaluation and decision-making. However, no decision to engage or decline a submission will be based solely on automated processing.
All final decisions involve meaningful human review and discretion.
You have the right, where applicable under data protection law, to request further information about the assessment process, to request human intervention, to express your view, and to contest a decision.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Form will be processed in accordance with Frontbenchers Limited's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
You acknowledge that:
- personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
- relevant purposes, retention periods, and categories of recipients are described in the Privacy Policy;
- data may be stored and processed on secure servers located in the UK or other jurisdictions, including through third-party service providers;
- where personal data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be applied in accordance with applicable law.
7. Retention
Frontbenchers Limited will retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in these terms, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Unsuccessful submissions may be retained for up to 90 days for internal review, audit, and operational purposes.
- Shortlisted or active prospects may be retained for longer periods in accordance with internal records policies and legal obligations.
8. Confidentiality and Proprietary Methodology
The structure of the Form, the sequence of questions, scoring logic, assessment framework, and related evaluation methods are the confidential and proprietary intellectual property of Frontbenchers Limited.
You agree that you will not:
- copy, replicate, reverse engineer, or exploit the assessment methodology;
- use the Form or its structure to create a competing or substantially similar assessment process;
- disclose non-public scoring, feedback, or assessment logic to any third party without prior written consent.
9. No Professional Advice
Any information, score, commentary, or feedback provided through or after the Form is for informational and strategic evaluation purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, immigration, or investment advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontbenchers Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the submission of the Form, reliance on any preliminary assessment, or any business decision made on the basis of the Form or related feedback.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontbenchers Limited, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unlawful information submitted by you, or your breach of these terms.
12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue
Frontbenchers Limited may refuse, pause, discontinue, or close any assessment at any time. Frontbenchers Limited is not obligated to provide reasons, scoring breakdowns, or detailed feedback.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
